Ben has 30 year’s experience in the construction industry consisting of consultancy, speculative development, operational elements of large commercial property and utility installation.
Whilst the focus has previously been behind the meter there is now a more clearer strategy to implement change in front of the meter keeping in mind sustainability and energy efficiency. There are challenges ahead for the utilities sector and there is a place for the professionalism Ben can bring to any given project.
A qualified Architect (UCL, 2002), Emma honed her skills at London developer Solid Space. For 23 years, she has revitalised properties in Dublin and Kent, seeing potential where others missed it.
In 2014, she co-developed the award-winning Albion House Ramsgate, a sea facing Grade II Listed house into a stunning hotel which sat at the top of the list of the UK’s best boutique hotels for ten years. Now back in construction with Clarity Utilities, Emma manages operational processes, securing grid connections for commercial and residential clients.
